- Conduct strategy meeting for internal and external PrintReleaf communication.
- Define operational requirements for go-to-market strategy.
IT/Facilities Manager
- Integrate Data Collection Agent (DCA) or manually upload print volume data.
- Confirm data upload method and resolve technical issues.
Marketing Manager
- Develop press release, website update, and/or social media content.
- Collaborate with Sustainability Manager for effective messaging.
Sustainability Manager
- Assist in creating sustainability-focused content for marketing materials.
- Ensure accurate representation of PrintReleaf’s service in sustainability reporting.
Sales Managers
- Organize and conduct PrintReleaf sales training sessions.
- Work with your PrintReleaf Customer Success Manager to equip sales team with the knowledge, skills, and assets to discuss PrintReleaf and sustainability.
Sales Team
- Attend training sessions on PrintReleaf and its benefits.
- Incorporate PrintReleaf’s sustainability features in client conversations, especially for contract renewals and new clients.
PR Team
- Publish and distribute press release on PrintReleaf partnership.
- Coordinate with marketing and sustainability for consistent messaging and timing.
