Integrating MPS Monitor with PrintReleaf

By following the steps outlined below, you'll be able to register your MPS Monitor server in PrintReleaf, set up data synchronization, and connect a customer account

Requirements

To use the PrintReleaf/MPS Monitor integration, you must request a specific API endpoint to be configured against your MPS Monitor database for the PrintReleaf integration. This gives PrintReleaf limited, read-only access to your data. You can make this request in the MPS Monitor support portal. MPS Monitor will provide you with the credentials below necessary to register your MPS Monitor server in PrintReleaf.

Credentials Required

  • MPS Monitor Server URL
  • MPS Monitor Dealer Token

Part I: Create a MPS Monitor server

  1. Navigate to Integrations from the main menu. Locate the MPS Monitor tile, click +Add Server.

  2. Enter your MPS Monitor Server URL, MPS Monitor Dealer Token, and click Create Server.

  3. Server has been successfully created.

If you want to add several customers at once, please email us at support@printreleaf.com to let us know your server is set up. We will prepare a list of your MPS Monitor customers and send it to you in a spreadsheet. From there, you'll identify which customers you'd like to add to PrintReleaf, send that list back to us, and we'll create the accounts and complete the integrations on your behalf.

If you've already completed your initial setup and are looking to add customers one at a time, continue to Parts II through IV below.

Part II: Enabling PrintReleaf in MPS Monitor

  1. Log in To Your MPS Monitor Dealer Portal and navigate to Dealer Settings

  2. Select PrintReleaf From the Left Menu to Generate Dealer Token

  3. Copy Dealer Token, you will need this later to complete the configuration in PrintReleaf.

  4. Copy Customer Code, you will need this later to setup a Customer Account in PrintReleaf.

 

Part III: Create Customer Account in PrintReleaf

  1. Navigate to Accounts from the main menu and click +Add an Account.

  2. Provide a Name for the account.

  3. Account has been successfully created.

Part IV: Create an MPS Monitor feed

  1. On the Account overview screen, scroll down to the Data Feeds section. In the MPS Monitor tile, click +Add.

  2. Input the MPS Monitor Customer Code, select Sync Settings, and click Create Feed.

  3. Feed has been successfully created.

What happens next? All MPS Monitor data syncs over within 24-48 hours of establishing the integration feeds. 

Volume updates occur every 24hrs.
