Integrating Print Tracker with PrintReleaf

By following the steps outlined below, you'll be able to register your Print Tracker server in PrintReleaf, set up data synchronization, and connect a customer account.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Server URL: The URL of your Print Tracker API endpoint. Typically this will be https://www.papi.printtrackerpro.com

  • Print Tracker Parent Entity ID: This is your Print Tracker Dealer Entity ID. It is a 24-character hexadecimal string, e.g. ae6456e192cf03114696de54

  • Print Tracker API Key: This is your Print Tracker API key. It is a 36-character hexadecimal string in the form of a UUID, e.g. a97153a6-f975-4826-a63e-03fe618b4531

Part I: Adding your Print Tracker Server to PrintReleaf

This will establish a live connection between Print Tracker and PrintReleaf

1. In PrintReleaf, navigate to Integrations
2. Click 'Add Server' under Print Tracker

3. Enter the Server URL, Print Tracker Parent Entity ID, Print Tracker API Key, and Contact Email

Click Continue to save

 


 

Part II: Create a new PrintReleaf Account for the customer

Return to your PrintReleaf Dashboard:

1. Click on Accounts
2. Select 'Add Account' 3. Input your preferred Account Name then click 'Continue'

 


 

Part III: Create new Print Tracker Feed in PrintReleaf for customer

From your PrintReleaf Dashboard:

1. Click on Integrations
2. Select the Feed Tab and then select '+ Add Feed' 

3. Select 'Print Tracker'

4. Select the Customer Account you'd like to integrate with Print Tracker Data 

5. Register the Customer feed by selecting the Customer Name in the Print Tracker Entity dropdown, Activation Date*, and Sync Settings, then click 'Continue' to complete the integration

You can set the Activation Date to import historical print data for retroactively offsetting paper volume. Often times customers wish to jumpstart their sustainable printing initiative this way.
