Integrating OneStop MPS Portal with PrintReleaf

By following the steps outlined below, you'll be able to register your OneStop MPS Portal server in PrintReleaf, set up data synchronization, and connect a customer account.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • OneStop API URL: This is the URL for the API of your OneStop instance, e.g. https://api.onestopmpsportal.co.uk

  • OneStop Username: Your OneStop MPS Portal username
  • OneStop Password: Your OneStop MPS Portal password
**It is highly recommended to create a new user for PrintReleaf's integration in your OneStop MPS Portal. For more detail, please read why we recommend creating a user specifically for PrintReleaf Integration

Part I: Adding your OneStop MPS Portal Server to PrintReleaf

This will establish a live connection between your OneStop MPS Portal instance and PrintReleaf

1. In PrintReleaf, navigate to Integrations
2. Click 'Add Server' under OneStop MPS Portal

3. Enter your OneStop API URL, Username, and Password.

Part II: Create a new PrintReleaf Account for the customer

Return to your PrintReleaf Dashboard:

1. Click on Accounts
2. Select 'Add Account' Screenshot 2024-11-04 at 18.46.103. Input your preferred Account Name then click 'Continue'

4. On the detail page of the newly-created account, scroll to the Data Feeds section and click 'Add Feed' under OneStop MPS Portal.

5. Select the OneStop MPS Portal customer from the dropdown menu.

6. Set Activation Date for when you'd like to begin offsetting consumption

7. Click 'Continue' to save the feed.
